Support Options
Support is generally handled between 8:30 and 5:30 PM Central Time. The options below provide alternate ways of contacting the on-call support staff.
If remote desktop support is needed, you will be given a unique, temporary PIN to connect to a support technician. |
If you need talk now, click on the Call Me button to start the call. The system will call your number and when you answer, it will connect you. If no one is available, your call will go to voice-mail and notify support that a message is waiting. You can also call the support line directly at 318-290-3160.
